A few months ago I was shoveling rocks in my front yard, 15 tons of it. I was quite sore and within a few weeks of finishing the project I realized the soreness had not dissipated as it should of. I ignored the signs and began to start working out again and found myself in much more pain when trying to squat, reach over, or even bend for that matter. I have had a huge problem with migraines and hip issues most of my life and have had so many things done and tried to correct the problems.... well in February I started to have problems with the hip and migraines again. So I called Dr. Jumper a few weeks ago. Which I was shocked to actually have a Doctor answer his own phones. So I went in to see him and he was amazing with me. I have a big fear of being hurt since it had happened in the past. He explained everything to me in detail and has had alot of patience with me through the past 5 visits. I'm a 34 y.o. Pharmacist for Walgreens and I highly recommend Dr. Jumper. I was experiencing lower back pain that was radiated upwards and causing additional upper back discomfort. I stand all day, sometimes up to 12 hour shifts. I was having to sit down or lean on the counter for over half of my shift, I was in so much pain. Dr. Jumper quickly identified the problem, and within just a few weeks, I felt a noticeable change - and could in fact stand for my whole shift. My pain level was down from a 7/10 to a 2/10 within the first week. Its been about 3 weeks no and I have no back pain. I even tried physical therapy and their exercises prior to Dr. Jumper, however they didn't help me. Dr. Jumper gets fast results and goes above and beyond. I Finally got the courage to try the healing treatments that began to fully transform my life. Turned out after being told everything was "fine" with just a quick x-ray in Dr. Jumpers office, basically my whole body needed desperate realignment/ healing. Dr. Jumper is the full package. He knows his nutrition for optimal health, sells healing supplements, helps with guiding you with the correct exercises( I choose yoga), along with opinions of amazing, real, healing masseuses to use, X-rays within the office to pinpoint the issue right away, provides all forms of excellent traction therapy equipment to target with aligning/ healing the pain, then looks at the body as a 3 dimensional figure from your fingers all the way down to your toes to "jump" :)(crack) you back into alignment . The environment is relaxing/ greeted with pure loving energy right when you walk in the door from the receptionist, Vicky, Dr. Jumper as well if he is not with a patient. I give so much love/ appreciation for the healing he has provided me. Note, in the beginning, I was taking all natural pain relievers daily, with supplements, now I have worked my way to only using CBD (hemp), very rarely if needed, along with supplements, medicinal herbs. I went to Dr. jumper for sports related injuries. After participating in sports such as cross fit, endurocross and martial arts at a competitive level I sustained a couple of injuries. Some of the injuries included me loosing strength in my arms, pain in my lower back, and pain my legs. Dr. Jumper started my treatments with an in depth explanation of what was wrong and how the problems would be corrected. After a couple of visits I started to gain my strength back. Migraines since I was 13
My name is Jack Ackerman, and I am 15 years old. I have been battling upper back pain and chronic migraines since I was 13, and have always had a slight curvature of the spine. I have been too many doctors in an attempt to relieve my pain, which included: a couple medical doctors, a chiropractor, a physical therapist, and an acupuncturist. Though many of those gave me immediate relief, none of the treatments were permanent. Then, I learned about Dr. Jumper from Renew Chiropractic and in ONE visit he first relieved my current migraine and reduced my migraine occurrence by at least 95%. I used to have a migraine every week which would last for hours, which often times prevented me from going to school and fully participate in my athletics. Now, since my first visit, which was about 5 months ago, I have had a total of 2 migraines and my back has not hurt since. My spine is almost completely straight and I feel great. Constant Headaches
Dr. Jumper is fantastic. I was experiencing constant headaches for about 3 weeks ranging in severity with most of the pain stemming from my neck. I chose Dr. Jumper because of his high reviews and the close location to my work. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk in. Dr. Jumper took some X-rays and we saw that my neck was curving wrong. He started a treatment plan that has already helped. I'm not getting headaches as often and the pain in my neck has been drastically reduced, and we're only a third of the way through the plan.
Not only is Dr. Jumper a great chiropractor, he is also a great person to visit. Him, and Vicky, make a point to remember their patients and are genuinely interested in how they're doing and what is going on in their lives.

If we could give 10 stars we would!My husband & I have been advocates of chiropractic care for many many years. Each time we relocate we find our new chiropractor to call "home". We are so incredibly thankful we found Renew Chiropractic!
My husband has chronic neck & back pain from years of sports and also major digestion issues. We have been to so many doctors to investigate his stomach issues to no avail. After the first visit Dr. Jumper corrected this with a manual valve closing technique. In all our years of chiropractic care & visits to doctor, not ONE person has ever corrected this. After a few visits, his stomach was transformed, back pain gone & daily pain was eliminated.
After the amazing transformation my husband experienced, it sparked my interest. I didn't have the issues my husband did but he was feeling amazing so I figured hey if I can be operating at a higher rate than I am now, I should try this. He transformed me too. Certain stiffness and pains I thought were normal are now gone. I also found out by X Ray that I have lived with mild scoliosis & not one doctor has ever told me this. I also have pretty painful menstrual cramps and those have gone away too due to another great manual technique!
My husband & I both work at computers all day and now we can work comfortably each day without pain. We sleep better & overall are operating at such a better quality. Our treatment plan has us going twice a week & we can't wait to go every week because we leave with a pep in our step each time!

Severe foot pain
“I was surprised to see a foot machine to see how your foot is arched”.
Dr. Jumper was very thorough with my first exam. He performed Xrays and looked over previous blood work to see how he can help with my health. He has a passion for what he does. He is great with bone and joint pain and also with ways to improve health. He is not out to push drugs like doctors. I believe he wants to better everyone's life that comes through his door. His equipment seems to be very modern and I was surprised to see a foot machine to see how your foot is arched. “ I honestly didn't really know what a "back guy" was going to do for my feet”
I can't say enough about the compassion and knowledge of Dr. Jumper. I had NEVER been to a chiropractor prior to seeing him, and was very skeptical going in. I had been having lower back pain for about a year, not to mention my feet had also been in ridiculous, horrible pain for just as long. I felt like an 80-yr old hobbling around when my feet were at their worst (and I'm only 43). I had been to 2 different podiatrists for my feet...to no avail. I honestly didn't really know what a "back guy" was going to do for my feet, but at this point I would do almost anything to make them feel better. I was so impressed with Dr. Jumper's holistic approach to his care. He takes the time to find out where ALL of your aches and pains are, AND he figures out WHY you hurt where you do. He isn't just going to manage your pain, he really wants to help you get better. I love that he took x-rays, so we know EXACTLY what we are dealing with. Turns out my neck doesn't have enough curve, and as for my feet, he talked about the "plantar vault" that my feet were lacking. He also noticed the start of a bunion at our very first consult appointment (neither of the podiatrists I had previously seen said anything about the bunion or plantar vault). We are on the path to a healthier spine and feet. I feel amazing; my lower back pain is mostly gone; my feet feel the best they have felt in years (I can actually walk around my house in bare feet; I can go for a run without being in horrible pain hours later - things I haven't done in well over a year). Seriously, Dr. Jumper knows his stuff; but better than that he truly cares! If you are on the fence at all, just make the appointment and see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!!

My experience pertains to anyone with a sports related injury. I was deadlifting at the gym and my lower back went out right in the middle of the lift. I literally crawled my way out of there in both embarrassment and severe pain. Then after about an hour I gave in and called Dr. Jumper at Renew Chiropractic. LIFE-CHANGING!! I've had my share of sports related injuries and my share of chiropractors playing the guessing game with my injuries. I explained what was going on and how much pain I was in and they took me in immediately with a packed office. Very cool. Regardless, Dr. Jumper took x-rays. WOW! The bottom of my spine was zig-zagged. I was scared. Dr. Jumper made the proper adjustments and took my pain level from a 10 to a 4 in just that visit. I few days later he saw me again and the pain was gone. I honestly can't remember when my back has ever felt this good. It has been a whole year since the incident and I'm still pain free. I sincerely want to thank Dr. Jumper and his staff for everything!

“I am completely satisfied with my treatment.”
I was in a car accident in the spring of 2015 and assumed that I was not affected by the collision. My wife started treatments at Dr. Jumpers office and was amazed at his passion and understanding of the profession. Eventually she convinced me to go to Renew and get x-rays. At first I was skeptical and undecided about the chiropractic profession, until I began treatments. He took my x-rays and was able to point out my problems and explain to me how it was affecting me. During treatments he made me feel comfortable with every adjustment he was making, and over the period that I have been going to his office I have been able to not only feel the progression of my spine get better and my pain dissipate, but I have also been able to see that my posture is a lot better. He adjusted my neck or upper spine which had lost the normal curvature, and he has put the curve back in it. I am definitely a believer in the chiropractic profession now and am always trying to convince my coworkers to go to his office. If you have been in an accident or have back problems I would definitely recommend Renew. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just down to earth people, and I am completely satisfied with my treatment.

Dr. Jumper has been a blessing to have come across. My mother had wrenched her back pretty bad while under hospital care. The hospital didn't help her out and instead told her she didn't qualify for the type of care she needed, even though she could walk upright and was in an insurmountable amount of pain. I was searching for a good chiropractor in the area and I have to say that Dr. Jumper is phenomenal. He explained all that was wrong with her back in a way that I who don't have a strong grasp of medicine could understand and started a plan of action to get her quality of life back. After the first visit with Dr. Jumper she was walking upright without cringing in pain. She walked out with a huge smile as we thanked him and left. Vickie is also another gem. She was super courteous and helpful a true joy. Both my mother and myself would recommend Dr. Jumper to anyone having the slightest amount of pain in their back or neck. I have been coming to Dr. Jumper for past 3 months. When I first came to Renew Chiropractic I was in so much pain. I had been experiencing chronic Back and Neck pain all day every day for so long. Tried so many different doctors and treatments but nothing was working out until I searched Dr. Jumper on google and saw many great reviews about his office. So that's when I know I needed to see him. Thank god I did. Because ever since I started to come to Renew Chiropractic I have started to notice dramatic difference in my pain level. I could you not after the first 3 adjustments I could walk, sit, and do normal daily activities without pain which was magical. I still go to his office weekly. "Body aches, lower back aches, flu like symptoms, nausea, headaches, dark circles under my eye and more"
All of my gastro issues are gone! I had also been experiencing a long list of symptoms since 2010, many of them extending beyond by stomach, so I had no idea my leaky gut was the cause. Body aches, lower back aches, flu like symptoms, nausea, headaches, dark circles under my eye and more. I had received a formal diagnosis of lymphocytic colitis; for which, I’d been prescribed steroids. The steroids provided zero relief, but the side effects were long lasting.
Dr. Jumper, immediately on hearing my story, examined my stomach using his kinesiology training. His findings led him to apply a kinesiology technique to activate and close my Ileocecal Valve. Within hours my gastro issues stopped. After 4-5 weeks of Dr. Jumper applying the technique once per week, all of my gastro issues stopped and have not returned for two months. Most of the other symptoms stopped immediately as well. I know that Dr. Jumper was a prayer answered.
Being an extremely private person, writing a public statement about something this personal isn’t something I do easily. However I feel compelled to tell my story as I hope it helps others find the help they need. May God bless you and lead you to your answered prayer.

Plantar Fasciitis.
I started visiting Renew Chiropractic about a month ago. So far I love the results; my body was in bad shape in many areas due to 14 years of rugby. Over a year ago, I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. I have inserts and it hurts on an off and was told there wasn't much that can be done except for ice, drugs, etc. I asked Dr. Jumper if he could help, which he said yes. I was skeptical, but let him treat my feet. First session, felt great. Just to see if it worked, I took out my shoe inserts for the week, no foot pain!!! Crazy!!! On my third session. I've definitely noticed a huge difference where my feet don't hurt in the morning either and I don't feel crippled. Completely incredible!

I was literally rock bottom when I came to Dr. Jumper. I had it all: back pain, neck pain, headaches, anxiety, no sleep, I was getting home after work in tears because of the pain. I called to make an appointment and I received amazing customer service by Vicki, she empathized with me and assisted me with payment options since I don't have insurance. Dr. Jumper took x-rays and sat with me and went over everything he saw, Scoliosis (2 curvatures) , Forward Head Posture, Twisted spine...gave me a step by step treatment plan, goals...I've been two weeks of treatment with a long road ahead of me but now find myself in tears of gratitude...I finally found a doctor who can help me, has a clinic with flexible hours, and finally an office that revolves around healthcare and not the income your injury is bringing in "we'll work with you, your treatment is more important" actions speak louder than words all I can say is I prayed for help...Dr. Jumper and Vicky are truly exactly what I asked for. Bulging Disc Low Back
“Before visiting Dr. Jumper I had seen two other chiropractors, both of whom I wasn't getting any results.”If you want a chiropractor that sincerely cares not only about the health of your spine, but of your health and wellness overall, then I extremely recommend giving Dr. Jumper a visit. I've been suffering from a bulging disc in my lower back as well as other lower back issues for the past two years as well as headaches and pain and stiffness in my upper back, shoulders and neck. Before visiting Dr. Jumper I had seen two other chiropractors, both of whom I wasn't getting any results nor did I feel they truly cared about me as a patient. Then I visited Dr. Jumper. Not only did he take x-rays, but he also took the time to explain to me all of my problems and came up with an individualized plan specific to my problems. After just a few weeks of care I was noticing results. I've been seeing Dr. Jumper for 4 months now and my headaches, as well as my upper back, shoulder and neck pain are completely gone and my lower back pain has diminished significantly. In that time Dr. Jumper has taken two follow up x-rays, both of which being proof to the progress he has made on my spine. Dr. Jumper is always willing to listen to your problems, answer your questions, and work out a plan that best works for you. Even when my insurance ran out and I had to start paying out of pocket Dr. Jumper was generous and worked with me so that I could afford to keep coming the amount of visits he recommended. My MRI showed a severely bulging disc
“Three weeks of treatment with Dr. Jumper and my pain went from a 10 to a 2. I can walk, swim and stand without consequence.”I was in excruciating pain, all down my left leg, butt and foot. I couldn't walk 10 feet without having to sit down. Standing for longer than a few seconds was out of the question. My MRI showed a severely bulging disc. My family doctor and my then chiropractor all suggested surgery which I strongly opposed. My daughter suggested I see Dr. Jumper. I was skeptical, but desperate. He immediately took X-Rays and explained my diagnosis which was far worse than just a bulging disc. He told me what he could do for me and I that I would not be in need surgery. Three weeks of treatment with Dr. Jumper and my pain went from a 10 to a 2. I can walk, swim and stand without consequence. I was and am still amazed. I will need additional treatment to get my hips and spine straight, but he assures me of no surgery and that I will be skiing and back bike riding in no time. Dr. Jumper has helped me in more ways than one. He's put the curve back in my neck, my lower back is straightening out, my hip from a motorcycle accident is finally (after 13 years) not aching all the time, and the bunions in my feet don't hurt at all anymore. In addition to all that, he's helping me fix my adrenals so I can hopefully get a full night sleep. It's been 2 days since I started taking the vitamins he gave me and I've already slept better than usual. My dad also had a bulging disc and I had to really push him to see Dr. Jumper. He finally made an appointment. He called me right after his appt. and thanked over and over me for pushing him to go. He was so happy! Dr. Jumper doesn't just crack your neck and check your hip levels and send you on your way. He really cares and will do whatever it takes to get you feeling good. I also HATE to wait for any kind of Doctor. I think the most I've ever waited for him was 5 minutes. And last but not least, Dr. Jumper has a sense of humor! “I clench my teeth at night while I'm sleeping”
I had never been to a chiropractor and didn't know much about it when an acquaintance recommended Dr. Jumper for jaw pain I was having (and she had suffered from as well). I clench my teeth at night while I'm sleeping, and even sometimes during the day when I'm concentrating. It doesn't help that my job involves a lot of looking down. This created some pretty intense neck and jaw pain. I didn't know what I was going to do. I was taking tons of Advil and starting to fear that I was going to spend my entire life in pain. Since going to see Dr. Jumper I no longer fear chronic pain. I cannot overstate the significant improvement Dr. Jumper's care has had on my quality of life. I am moving soon and only dare to hope I will find such impactful care elsewhere.

I've officially become a believer in chiropractic care. I had kept symptoms of headaches, tingling in my fingers, sleeplessness/fatigue, mild vertigo (the list could go on) at bay through acupuncture and occasional visits to other chiropractors. After just five months since my first appointment, I completely agree with others' positive remarks. More specifically, my five-star rating is attributed to the time that was put in to helping me understand the source of my symptoms and how they could be resolved. “Leaky Bladder, Hip Pain, Shoulder Pain & Tinnitus”
To begin with I was referred to a chiropractor by my dentist for a TMJ problem. Having worked in Medical Imaging for a lifetime I came across Jason Jumper, DC's website and I was impressed with his examples, x-rays, and before and after. When I met with Dr. Jumper we talked about "all" my problems, not just TMJ. He took x-rays and discovered that I have straightening of the cervical spine as well as a torqued pelvis. I have had severe pain in my left hip and groin for some time and really had a rough time, especially when bowling and golfing. I had been to my orthopedic and they took x-rays finding nothing. Sent me for an MRI of the Left Hip which revealed tendinopathy (microtears and inflammation) of my hip tendons. So they sent me to physical therapy for two months with no relief from the pain. Dr. Jumper worked on straightening my pelvis and putting my left hip back into proper position. Lo and behold, no more pain in my hip. What is troubling to me is that no one in the orthopedic office tried to find out why I had microtears and inflammation in my tendons, and no one noticed that my pelvis was torqued and out of alignment. After adjustments, I no longer have hip pain and can't wait for bowling season. Also caused by my torqued pelvis was moderate urinary incontinence. The nerves to my bladder were not functioning 100% leading to a "floppy bladder" diagnosis. I had been to a urologist, had all the tests, and even met with the surgeon to discuss surgery. I am not totally fixed yet but about 85% back to normal. With my pelvis back in normal alignment, the bladder nerves are functioning much better and so am I. I am no longer considering surgery for this. Now for my ear. For some time I was experiencing a grating noise in my left ear which sounded like a beetle stuck in my ear trying to get out. Turns out my upper cervical vertebrae were out of alignment too; thus, fluid did not drain properly through my Eustachian tube to clear the middle ear. I no longer have a "beetle" in my ear after adjustments of my cervical spine. We are still working on putting the "normal lordotic curve" back in my cervical spine and continuing adjustments on my pelvis. I am nearly 70 years old and had never been to a chiropractor before, nor did I ever think they could correct so many problems by physically putting my body back into normal alignment. I would strongly recommend Jason Jumper; he is very knowledgeable about human anatomy as well as proper nutrition........seeing is believing for me personally. His office and staff are friendly too.

I have been to four chiropractors; Dr. Jumper is the best. I have suffered from TMJ dysfunction, neck pain, headaches, and lower back pain most of my life. Within just the first few weeks, my pain has been greatly relieved and I have so much energy. Amazingly, the ringing in my ears is completely gone. Dr. Jumper is thorough; I have never been to a more knowledgeable chiropractor. He can adjust anything, including ears, feet, shoulders… I never even knew those could be adjusted. He tailors treatment to each patient. He doesn't put you into a one-size fits all treatment plan like many chiropractors (and my last one). You won't walk out of his office with hundreds of dollars in equipment. And his prices are by far the most reasonable of any chiropractic care I've researched. He makes it affordable and he does a far better job than anyone else.

I was talking to a lady I work with about some intense sharp pain I was having in my shoulder, numbness in my hand, headaches and neck pain and she mentioned Dr Jumper. My shoulder pain was so intense I couldn't turn my head, I was willing to try anything. Once I got his contact from her I called and made an apt for the next day. Dr Jumper did an xray on my neck and spine, within minutes he was able to see where the issue was. I have a pinched nerve in my neck due to a lack of curve in my neck, that is what is causing my symptoms. Dr. Jumper let me know that it would take a little time and consistent visits to get a correction in my neck but it is defiantly fixable. Within 5 visits my pain was completely gone and no headaches, I couldn't be happier. I am continuing my apts for a total of 25 visits to get the curve in my neck that it needs for long term fix. I have been a patient of Dr. Jumper's since mid December when I had a miserable back episode. Having always been very nervous about chiropractors, I was less than excited when my husband told me that he had made me an appt. with Dr. Jumper's office. At that point, my back hurt so badly that I probably would have gone to a witch doctor. Thankfully, thankfully, thankfully, that is not what my experience was. Dr. Jumper was very kind, down to earth and easy to speak with. He understood my reservations and went to great lengths to alleviate my fears. I found out that I had some issues with my neck and back, that if left unchecked would cause me some serious problems in my not too distant future. I am in my early 50's and did not want to be debilitated by the time I was 60. Dr. Jumper has been working with me very patiently to take care of these issues. I am quite confident that when I'm 60, I will be in better health then I am now. I am so grateful that I now have the information and courage to move forward with quality chiropractic care. Dr. Jumper is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. If you are like me and need chiropractic care, but are nervous about 'bone crunchers', you really should give Dr. Jumper a call. I think you will be more than pleased with his care. Jason Jumper is awesome! I had extreme pain in my shoulder blade that radiated down my arm. I was hesitant about going to a chiropractor so I waited two weeks before scheduling an appointment. At that point the pain was almost intolerable and I had to take pain pills to sleep at night. After three appointments with Jason my pain was completely gone. I wish I would have listened to my husband and not waited to schedule an appointment! My posture is now 100 times better and I was able to take a road trip to AZ (13 hour drive) shortly thereafter and had no lower back pain. Previously I would almost always have lower back if driving more than two hours. I can't say enough good things about Jason, he is a fantastic chiropractor. Prospective patients need to know that the before and after x-rays you advertise is no joke. My 10 year presented with a 23 degree spinal deviation after his auto accident. In less than six months, you were able to straighten his spine to almost perfect, at 3 degrees. We can't say enough good about you. We are so thankful the he has made a dramatic recovery.

When I first met Dr. Jumper last year I was a candidate for a hip replacement, as a result of a bad fall on the ice a few winters previous. I was walking with a limp and pain in my right hip joint. As a result of my treatment over the past year for a chronic curvature of the spine and a rotated hip, I have experienced tremendous improvement in my ability to walk normally and without pain! My mother had the same type of what she called “sick headaches” that would lay her up for 2 or 3 days. I found I was following the same path and thought it was something I was born with and would have to live with.
I finally decided to investigate alternatives and Chiropractic seemed to make sense. I came across Dr. Jumper at a booth during an outdoor fair. We had a brief discussion and I picked up some information. I was nervous about taking this step of making an appointment but he made me feel comfortable and at ease with it all. Over the next few weeks the severity and frequency of those "sick headaches" diminished to the point where I rarely get them anymore. It is directly related to Dr. Jumper’s care and adjustments.
Over the last 15 years since I started Chiropractic care I have drifted away for whatever reason a couple times and always found my way back to the caring hands of Dr. Jumper. Between routine spinal care, car accident care, digestive issue care and now working with him after foot surgery I couldn’t be happier that we are working together to keep things aligned and me healthy.
Dr. Jumper always explains things so you know exactly what he is doing and why. He uses the occasional X-ray to check alignment and to show us exactly what needs to be done or to show that everything is good.

Hearing Loss “3 different specialists for ear pain & hearing loss”
I had been having chronic health issues for so many years, I can't remember.
The first one was my ears. I had seen 3 different specialists over the years about the pain in my ears and the hearing loss. All of the doctors told me the same thing; you don't have an ear infection, we don't see anything wrong inside, it could be your eustachian tubes, but we won't really know unless we go in and do some surgery and probably put tubes in your ears. I didn't want surgery and decided to endure the pain a while longer.
The second issue was the loss of feeling and pain in my hands and arms. It was awful when I slept and in the morning. But by mid-morning, I was semi functional so I just rolled with it. Recently the pain got so severe that I couldn't function, so I went to see my doctor. She said that I should get an EMG, and will probably need surgery to fix some nerve damage. Really? Another surgery? I asked for an alternative and she gave me wrist guards to wear and told me to stop practicing yoga for a month and come back.
In the meantime, I met Dr. Jumper and Vickie at an Employee Health Fair hosted by my work. I stopped into their booth to thank them for supporting my company's health fair, I had no idea I would walk out with an appointment to see Dr. Jumper the next day.
After getting X-rays and my initial consultation, Dr. Jumper diagnosed that I have scoliosis and forward head posture. He explained that the forward head posture is most likely the reason my ears have been hurting. He also showed me how severely curved my spine was and that is why my hands would go to sleep. Can you believe a woman in her 40s is just NOW finding out that she have scoliosis??? After my first treatment, I could feel my hands, and the next day I noticed no problems with my ears. I have been seeing Dr. Jumper for a couple months, and this has been life changing for me. My workouts have never been stronger and I don’t have the pain I had been living with daily. Depression & Digestion Problems “My depression has definitely subsided and my digestive issues have already corrected!”
This place has been a life saver. I am only on my third visit with Dr. Jumper and I cannot explain HOW GREAT I am already feeling. I have had years of un-diagnosed pain in my left upper back rib area feeling as if a rib has been puncturing my lung for years. I have been given pain meds, have had lung scans and thousands of dollars of worthless information fed to me over it as well by doctors throughout Denver. I have recently been struggling with digestion issues and also major bouts of depression and anxiety out of nowhere.
The day first day I came in to see Dr. Jumper I was at my whits end with trying everything even going completely gluten free thinking that it must be diet related on why I was unable to get out of bed in the morning with joint pain, depression and all of it. So, I called him and he actually took my call on his personal phone and got me set up on an instant visit with x-rays and all. We have found that my neck has been compromised by a car accident that I was in over 9 years ago and he was able to tell that the injury was about this old by looking at it.
It seems that just now this injury is affecting my overall health and I am only 28 years of age and feel like I'm depleting at a rapid pace. Dr. Jumper has got me on a plan now to get me all fixed up but even after only 3 visits thus far the sun is shining!!!! My depression has definitely subsided and my digestive issues have already corrected!!!! Wow!! If you want to try a new Chiropractor because yours is wasting your money, or maybe you have never been to one but feeling pain, anxiety, depression as I was I highly highly recommend this Dr. Not only is he friendly but the whole office feels inviting and has a sense of community. Shoulder Pain / Tendonitis, Back Pain & Neck Pain
“6 months ago I couldn't even do push-ups”
I began going to Dr. Jumper just a few months ago. I have always suffered from regular back pain, both in my lower back and upper toward my neck. After just a handful of visits, my lower back pain has subsided and rarely occurs now. He has dramatically adjusted the shape of my upper spine to fix my Forward Head Posture, and this has given me less tightness in my upper back, and also an overall increase in energy! He does so much more than just spine work too! I re-injured my shoulder last February, and had a bad case of tendonitis near my rotator cuff. Leaky Gut
All of my gastro issues are gone! I had also been experiencing a long list of symptoms since 2010, many of them extending beyond by stomach, so I had no idea my leaky gut was the cause. Body aches, lower back aches, flu like symptoms, nausea, headaches, dark circles under my eye and more. I had received a formal diagnosis of lymphocytic colitis; for which, I've been prescribed steroids. The steroids provided zero relief, but the side effects were long lasting. Dr. Jumper, immediately on hearing my story, examined my stomach using his kinesiology training. His findings led him to apply a kinesiology technique to activate and close my Ileocecal Valve. Within hours my gastro issues stopped. After 4-5 weeks of Dr. Jumper applying the technique once per week, all of my gastro issues stopped and have not returned for two months. Most of the other symptoms stopped immediately as well. I know that Dr. Jumper was a prayer answered. Being an extremely private person, writing a public statement about something this personal isn’t something I do easily. Wheelchair to Walking
My name is Mark and I am 49. I been a patient of Dr. Jumper for 14 months. I thank God I found him. My lower back was in pain, my right knee was hurting, my energy was low. Just 3 visits a week by the first month I was a different person. I feel great stronger no pain and I sleep great. April 27 my mother fell hard. She was in a nursing home for 22 days. Last summer my son was complaining of back pain that hurt so much he couldn't even throw a baseball. We were referred to Renew Chiropractic by a friend. Dr. Jumper took x-rays, which showed that his spine was out of alignment and his neck was too far forward--typical problems of teenagers that carry a heavy backpack and play video games or spend too much time hunched over their phones. Dr. Jumper alleviated the pain quickly so that my son could resume playing sports, and is making adjustments to correct his posture and the forward neck tilt. While there, I mentioned that my foot hurt, particularly after walking nine holes at the golf course carrying my clubs. I came to know Dr. Jumper by the grace of Google after an auto accident. I had been stopped at a red light and another driver collided into the rear of my car. The other driver's car was nearly totaled, but mine suffered minimal damage so I figured it was no big deal. Modern estimates have the average person spending 4.3 years of their life in the car, traveling enough distance to go to the moon and back three times. So you're bound to bump into someone. The other driver was young and sweet, and this was her first wreck. So I didn't want to make a bigger deal out of the accident than necessary. Typically after an auto accident, people go to the Emergency Department. That wasn’t going to happen. From working in a hospital, I know that the system can get clogged quickly with trivial maladies; let alone the time spent waiting and enormous cost of an Emergency Department visit. Although, like many people, I do not have a primary care physician, so I didn't do anything. Until a couple days later when my back started hurt. I figured I should get some x-rays and called an urgent care for inexpensive images. They directed me to a different facility which was too far away so I Googled and found Dr. Jumper. Having never been to a chiropractor, I was wary of having someone twist and bend my spine. I called, spoke with Vicky and was sold. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and even comforting. I saw Dr. Jumper after being involved in a car accident, I walked in to his office unable to turn my head with significant neck and shoulder pain. Today (after 2 weeks) I am completely pain free and have just a little bit of stiffness, but i can feel my neck and shoulder healing and each day is better than the last. Weight Loss (Lost 52 lbs.)
My first visit to Dr. Jumper was last April because of back pain. He relieved my pain. Then my left shoulder pained me so much that I could hardly put a shirt or coat on without wincing; Dr Jumper worked on my shoulder (one session) and since then my shoulder is free of pain and has more motion. In April. I was 277 pounds (a lot of weight on a 5 ft-7 inch frame), had no energy, fighting diabetes and cholesterol, I constantly felt bloated and gaseous. Infertility, Insomnia, Breathing Problems, Digestive Issues, Heartburn & Scoliosis
I was diagnosed with moderate scoliosis (S curve) at age 12. I went to a specialist and a physical therapist for 3 months but then was told there’s nothing that can be done so I should just learn to embrace the curves. Over the next 15 years, I began having all sorts of problems. To name just a few, I was suffering with headaches, constant colds/sinus issues, severe heartburn, digestive issues, low back pain, sciatica, inability to improve fitness, infertility, complicated pregnancy, unable to lose weight, insomnia, heart problems, etc. On top of all of this, I felt like the Hunchback of Notre Dame – my back muscles were notably raised near my curve and causing severe pain. I had seen several traditional doctors for these symptoms but no one was willing to consider that all of my symptoms may have a common cause. Instead, I was put on several medications which did nothing to improve the symptoms and in fact caused severe issues leading to several emergency room visits. As a very active 26 year old, I wasn’t sure how I was going to cope with this pain I was currently in, especially knowing it is a degenerative disease. Just as I was losing hope, I was referred to Dr. Jumper through another chiropractor. What a relief to find out, in my first exam, that I was not crazy and every single health problem in the last 5 years was a result of my scoliosis. He said it would take time but he could not only help but reverse the curve! After 15 years of no treatment, my curves measured 26.4 and 29.9 degrees. After my first week of treatment (3x a week) the pain had subsided. Now at 4 months into treatment my curves have improved to 17 and 22 degrees! Four months ago, I couldn't even run a mile because of decreased lung capacity and this morning, I ran 4! Clearly, I’m not done with treatment but the improvement has been remarkable! Car Accident- Neck Injury
I sought the help of Dr. Jumper after i was rear ended with my 2 year old son in the car. I was in pain, my neck was stiff and my head was pounding. I knew that if i felt that horrible my son had to be feeling it too, after all his muscles weren't as developed as mine were. Contacting Renew Chiropractic was the best decision i ever made and i have recommended him to almost everyone i have come in contact with. Physical Therapy, Dentist, Massage with No Results
In January of 2014 I met Dr. jumper in hopes he could help with my year-long headache and TMJ. Prior to seeing him, I had seen a PT for muscular work & dry needling, a chiropractor for adjustments (symptoms only), a massage therapist for intra-oral massages, and a dentist who wanted to fit my for a mouth guard, as well as give me botox injections in my jaw for the TMJ. After lots of wasted time and money with little to no results I had given up on the notion of feeling better. It was about this time that my wife had watched a presentation Dr. Jumper did at her work. She swore that he was talking about me, my symptoms, and my frustration with trying to get better. I figured I had nothing to lose so I went to see what he could do. What surprised me was what happened next - an x-ray of my neck and spine (something none of the other specialists had done). Upon inspection of the x-ray it was obvious what was causing my headaches. My neck had little to no curve and this exaggerated forward head posture was causing the TMJ and headache behind my eyes and base of skull. After 5-10 minutes, Dr. Jumper had greatly reduced the popping in my jaw. After 2-3 weeks of treatments he had eliminated the headaches. Midway through my treatments, Dr. Jumper took another x-ray and I had gained significant curve in my neck. (It is really hard to argue with a before and after x-ray!) I am now working to maintain my progress with fewer visits to the office and exercises at home. Without meeting Dr. Jumper I have no idea what condition I would be in today. “My Doctors Told Me to Stay Away From Chiropractors”

I made my first appointment with Dr. Jumper because I had injured my left knee and wanted to avoid knee replacement surgery within the next few years. As we talked, I explained that I have also had 4 bilateral jaw surgeries to repair/replace the disc - with no improvement in function or pain relief. I have lived with jaw pain, chronic headaches, very restricted vertical opening and virtually no lateral jaw movement as long as I can remember. The surgeries exacerbated my jaw issues leaving me with a bone-on-bone situation. I told Dr. Jumper that I was willing to let him work on my jaw but that I really did not think chiropractic treatment would help. After 7 months of treatment, my knee is better and my jaw function is remarkably improved. My vertical opening has improved about 20% and I have approximately 15% more lateral motion in my jaw. I am stunned by the positive results. Going to the dentist just for a cleaning is an ordeal for me. At my last appointment, my dentist was shocked that he had so much more room to work. My pain level has also improved and I require a lot fewer prescription painkillers. I have even had a few pain-free days - which never used to happen. Low Back Pain after Back Surgery
I went to see Dr. Jumper because of lingering pain and weakness in my lower back after having surgery. I also experienced constant fatigue. Although I no longer have back pain and my spine is in the process of getting corrected, I'd like comment on another service he provides that has literally changed my life. Dr. Jumper is passionate about vitamins and nutrition and was able to analyze my blood to find that my fatigue could be eliminated by introducing specific vitamin supplements to my diet. Within days of beginning the supplements, not only did my energy improve but I was much more focused, less irritable, my metabolism was working as it should and I felt amazing. Hearing Improvement, Fatigue, Headaches & Scoliosis Correction
I was in a car accident in September of 2006. I have been through medical docs who just wanted to feed me pain meds. I quit that game because my organs are more important to me. So, I went to Chiropractors that are basically treating for symptom relief. My visits were 10minutes max and I was never ever 100%. After 6yrs of that I quit. I said no more and considered cortisone shots and surgery as the medical doctor suggested. Then I met Dr. Jumper. He was the first person to EVER Xray me and find I have scoliosis. How could Kaiser miss this?? Well, they did and they still argue one Xray of my ribcage meant I was OK. They never xray's my whole spine to see the S shape. This does have a happy ending...I have seen Dr. Jumper for over a month now and my life has improved. I am not in any more pain, I am not fatigued, I have no headaches, my TMJ is almost gone (a dentist would charge $3k to crack your jaw - don't do it!!), my hearing has improved, and I am more educated now. Foot Pain “Cortisone Injections, Expensive Orthotics, Provided Thru a Podiatrist.”
I have suffered from feet, and hip pain. I was unable to exercise to my full ability, or sometimes not at all. I have had cortisone injections, expensive orthotics, provided thru a podiatrist. I only would get temporary relief, and the orthotics were hard to wear. My foot had started hurting again, and this time just from a regular walk. I was so upset. Chronic Migraines & Upper Back Pain “I have been to many Medical doctors, a Chiropractor, a Physical Therapist, and an Acupuncturist. Though many of those gave me immediate relief, none of the treatments were permanent”
My name is Jack Ackerman, and I am 15 years old. I have been battling upper back pain and chronic migraines since I was 13, and have always had a slight curvature of the spine. I have been too many doctors in an attempt to relieve my pain, which included: a couple medical doctors, a chiropractor, a physical therapist, and an acupuncturist. Though many of those gave me immediate relief, none of the treatments were permanent. Then, I learned about Dr. Jumper from Renew Chiropractic and in ONE visit he first relieved my current migraine and reduced my migraine occurrence by at least 95%. I used to have a migraine every week which would last for hours, which often times prevented me from going to school and fully participate in my athletics.
